You have 15 days to initiate a return from the day you received your purchase. If you get your order more than 15 days after placing it, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging to be accepted. You should also bring the invoice as evidence of purchase.

Get in touch with us at customer@gabiswimwear.com to initiate a return. We'll email you a return label and provide further instructions if your return is approved. We must accept returns of items shipped with a prior return authorization request.

Statement: 

When a customer's preferences necessitate a return or exchange, the shopper must pay for the shipping fee imposed by the courier service.

Mistakes in sizing, color, or style selection are just a few examples.

Problems and damage 

Please check your shipment as soon as it arrives and let us know immediately if anything is wrong, such as a missing or incorrect item, so we can investigate the problem and correct it.

• Products sold in the latter stages of a promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Swimwear is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Only faulty, damaged, or incorrect swimwear can be returned or replaced.

 When requesting a refund or replacement, please include an image of the fault in your email.

Exchanges 

The quickest approach to receiving exactly what you want is to send back what you already have and then buy the replacement item separately after your return has been processed.

Refunds

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will email you to let you know if your refund has been processed. If your request is successful, your money will be reimbursed to the card you used to make the initial purchase. Remember that it may take additional time for the refund to be sent to your account once it has been processed by your bank or credit card issuer. 

Cancellation of Order

You can cancel without penalty if you change your mind about a purchase within 24 hours.

Order cancellations are not possible after 24 hours or if we have already started processing the items for shipment.
